Tar Heels win struggle at Wake

Moments after the final buzzer signaled the end of North Carolina’s 77-68 victory Saturday against host Wake Forest, the Tar Heels’ Marcus Ginyard joined his teammates in front of the bench in preparation to go through the handshake line. While handing out high-fives, Ginyard joked with his fellow Tar Heels. “I’m about ready to cry,” Ginyard said.
