Senior moments: Tar Heels turn back Miami, secure special victory

By the end of another uneven performance from UNC’s men’s basketball team, Tar Heels fans had lots to celebrate following a 69-62 Senior Night victory against Miami. Seniors Deon Thompson and Marcus Ginyard went out to rousing ovations in the waning seconds. North Carolina pocketed victories in back-to-back games for the first time since late December. The Tar Heels won for the 2,000th time in school history.
