While North Carolina’s title defense essentially ended months ago, Georgia Tech delivered the harsh blow of finality on Thursday night at the ACC Tournament. The Yellow Jackets rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to defeat the Tar Heels, 62-58, in opening round action. Tyler Zeller posted his first career double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds, and Deon Thompson contributed 10 points and eight rebounds.
