Heels disappointing season may have ended


Just as North Carolina’s fate in the 2010 ACC tournament was sealed with ’ airball 3-pointer with 2.5 seconds left in Thursday’s 62-58 loss to Georgia Tech, fans represented virtually all 11 rival league schools stood and mockingly waved the Tar Heels goodbye. Clearly, the ABC (Anybody But Carolina) club was delighting in the end of the Tar Heels’ season of stunning misfortune. But are the Tar Heels’ done? (Shelby Star)
