Six Tar Heels Named To Field Hockey World Cup Qualifier Team


Six North Carolina field hockey players, including rising seniors and , have been named to the U.S. squad for the 2010 Women's World Cup Qualifier, scheduled for March 26 to April 3 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. The host U.S. squad will welcome the national teams from?Canada, Mexico, Belgium, France and Korea for the six-team tournament. (Tar Heel Blue)
