Give Hairston a hand, he's doing all right
Posted Mar 28, 2010
P.J. Hairston was hot. Real hot. So hot he didn't even realize he had 36 points at halftime, so hot he finished with a school-record 53 and left the floor with the road crowd cheering for him. Now imagine what he might have done if he had played with his good hand. Yes, P.J. Hairston, the Dudley basketball player who averaged 27 points per game this season by shooting with his right hand, is actually a southpaw. He has always played sports right-handed, but that's about the only time he uses it.
