In NYC and Chapel Hill, Tar Heels prepare for championship game

Deon Thompson and Larry Drew II said Wednesday that after a roller-coaster season, they hope to end it at a peak. Should North Carolina win a fifth game in a row Thursday, it would be their longest such streak of the season. In Chapel Hill, a police spokesman said officers would be on stand-by during and after the game, but they did not expect a large crowd to be celebrating on Franklin Street.
