Tudor's Take: UNC's Davis not Perkins yet

Ed Davis (6-10, 225) had many of the same physical attributes and an effortless playing style that reminded fans of Sam Perkins. But when Davis left Monday for the NBA, all the two left-handers had in common was a national championship ring. Even so, most of the NBA Draft projections list Davis as a lottery pick and an eventual league star. No doubt, he’ll be compared again to Perkins.
