TE Eric Ebron invited to All-American Bowl
Posted Apr 21, 2010
Smith tight end Eric Ebron has been selected to play in the 2011 Army All-American Bowl, the premier national football showcase for high school seniors. Ebron, a 6-foot-5, 225-pounder, never played high school football before the 2009 season, but became a national target after strong summer camp showings. He caught 18 passes for 425 yards and four touchdowns for Smith last year and had scholarship offers from Alabama, Clemson, West Virginia, N.C. State and Duke before committing to Carolina in March.
