Notre Dame Lands Fourth Verbal Commitment: Matthias Farley

Safety Matthias Farley of Charlotte became head coach Brian Kelly's fourth verbal commitment in the 2011 recruiting class on Wednesday morning, announcing his intentions to play college football at the University of Notre Dame. Farley checks in at 6'1'', 185 pounds and plays safety in high school. He chose the Fighting Irish over the likes of Illinois, Wisconsin, Maryland, UCLA, North Carolina, North Carolina State, and Duke.
