For Bullock, Roy Williams was the reason he chose North Carolina

Kinston product Reggie Bullock probably would have gone to play basketball at North Carolina anyway. It's been his lifetime dream to be a Tar Heel. He verbally committed early in the process because his mind was already made up. There was no doubt that he would sign with the Tar Heels. But even for a lifelong Carolina fan, the main reason Bullock chose the Heels was because of head coach Roy Williams.
