Carolina Baseball Monday Notebook


Winners of seven straight at home, North Carolina returns to action hosting Charlotte at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Boshamer Stadium. The Tar Heels embark on the final week of the regular season with a four-game home stand that ends with a three-game set against Virginia Tech beginning Thursday. UNC will start (5-2, 5.51 ERA) for the Tuesday evening contest. The 49ers starter is yet to be determined. (Tar Heel Blue)
