Recruiting process heats up for Nicholson, Thourogood and Hughes

Demetrious Nicholson has 15 offers from Boston College, Clemson, Connecticut, Duke, ECU, Louisville, Maryland, Michigan, UNC, NC State, Rutgers, Stanford, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia. Lafonte Thourogood, 6-2 and 22 pounds, knows the feeling. He wants to play quarterback at the next level but some schools are looking at him as an athlete. Some of those offers have come from Arkansas, UNC, NC State, Stanford, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia. (Virginian-Pilot)
