A former Duke player and a former Carolina player both played their part in screwing up the Magic's chances down the stretch in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Now Orlando must leave home in a 2-0 hole. Vince Carter started the demise at the free-throw line with 32 seconds left, trailing by three points. Instead of bringing his team to within one, the 84 percent free throw shooter clanked them both.
