Tar Heel Quartet Named Preseason All-America

UNC defensive standouts Marvin Austin, Bruce Carter and Robert Quinn were named to the annual Phil Steele Preseason All-American First Team, the publication announced Wednesday. In addition, Quan Sturdivant was named to the second team and a total of 16 Tar Heels were named to the four preseason All-ACC teams. Joining Austin, Carter, Quinn and Sturdivant on the first team All-ACC squad are Greg Little and Deunta Williams.
