Carolina Completes Sweep, Tops Virginia Tech 10-2

Levi Michael registered two hits and three RBI to lead North Carolina over No. 12 Virginia Tech 10-2 Saturday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium. Patrick Johnson tossed seven strong innings as Carolina won their tenth straight game at home improving to 36-20 overall and 14-16 in the ACC. Johnson (6-3) scattered seven hits and allowed just two runs while striking out five Hokie hitters.
