Shifting Tide: Justin Knox coming to UNC

The North Carolina basketball team scored its first win of the 2010-11 season Monday night. It came at the expense of ACC rival Georgia Tech, when 6-foot-9, 245-pound Alabama transfer Justin Knox announced through his uncle Darien that he has chosen the Tar Heels over the Yellow Jackets as the team for which he’ll play his final season of eligibility.
