UNC's Brian Kalbas named national coach of the year


After leading the North Carolina women's tennis team to one of the most successful seasons in the program's history, Brian Kalbas was named national coach of the year by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association on Wednesday. It's the second time Kalbas has earned the national honor, as he was named coach of the year after leading at William & Mary to the NCAA quarterfinals in 1998. (Durham Herald-Sun)
