[UNC linebacker Bruce Carter] ranked third on the team with 65 tackles, 7.5 for loss and one sack. He also returned an interception 41 yards for a touchdown against Georgia Southern. His lateral speed and explosiveness help make him one of the top linebackers in the country, but he hasn’t reached his ceiling yet. Carter has the ability to disrupt the passing game, stop the run and get after quarterbacks. (ESPN.com)
