North Carolina prepared for chilly reception

North Carolina won’t be looking for a warm welcome on or off the court when it heads to the RBC Center for tonight’s ACC basketball game with rival North Carolina State. “They get on us,” North Carolina guard said. “It’s a hostile environment and an in-state rivalry.” The third-ranked Tar Heels (24-2 overall, 9-2 ACC) didn’t fare well in that environment last season, taking an 83-79 loss at the RBC Center.
