Two Big Football Recruiting Announcements Scheduled for this Weekend

Two prominent targets for UNC's 2011 football recruiting class are scheduled to make their verbal commitments this weekend. Four-star quarterback Marquise Williams out of Charlotte, NC (Mallard Creek) will announce his decision Saturday at 3 PM. His three finalists are UNC, Michigan and Virginia Tech. Four-star guard Landon Turner (6-5, 305) from Harrisonburg, VA will choose between UNC, Virginia Tech and West Virginia during a press conference at his high school on Sunday at 1:00 PM. There is a good possibility that UNC could land both recruits.
