Quarterback Marquise Williams commits to UNC


Charlotte, NC (Mallard Creek) four-star quarterback has chosen to play college football for UNC in 2011. Williams announced his decision at a 3PM press conference on Saturday and chose the Tar Heels over Virginia Tech and Michigan. He is ranked #14 nationally among quarterbacks by Rivals.com and #15 nationally by Scout.com. Williams becomes the second quarterback in UNC's 2011 recruiting class, joining Myrtle Beach's Everett Golson who is ranked #18 and #17 nationally by Rivals.com and Scout.com respectively.
