Marquise Williams took the microphone on Saturday afternoon at the Mallard Creek High School gymnasium and announced his decision. He's a Tar Heel. "A lot of people want to see me go to VT, but I'm going to go to Carolina," Williams said as he put on a Tar Heel hat. Williams, a 6-3, 215-pound quarterback, chose UNC over finalists Michigan and Virginia Tech. (Inside Carolina)
