QB recruits spurn Va. Tech for UNC, U.Va.

Two of Virginia Tech's top recruiting targets at quarterback announced their college decisions Saturday. Marquise Williams picked UNC, while David Watford chose the University of Virginia. Williams is a 6-foot-3, 218-pound star from Charlotte, N.C., rated the No. 14 player in his state and the No. 14 dual-threat quarterback in the country by Rivals.com. Williams' three finalists were Tech, Michigan and North Carolina. (Virginian-Pilot)
