John Henson adds bulk


is battling his weight. Henson, a lean 6-10 forward, is desperately trying to bulk up. As one of only two returning UNC big men, he'll need to be able to throw his weight around next season -- instead of being thrown around like he was at times last season. Henson tries to eat six to seven meals a day and spends four days a week in the weight room with Jonas Sahratian, the team strength-and-conditioning coach. (Winston-Salem Journal)
