North Carolina has commitments from eight of the top 30 high school senior football players in its home state and has added a pair of highly regarded offensive tackles to assemble a group of commitments that Scout.com, an Internet recruiting service, currently has ranked No. 8 in the country. The Tar Heels' group is led by big offensive linemen: Kiaro Holts of Indianapolis, Jamar Lewter of Washington, D.C., Landon Turner of Harrisonburg, Va., and Jarrod James of Pikeville Aycock.
