The remedies to their illnesses did not sit in the medicine cabinet but, instead, involved the demolition of an opponent. No. 5 North Carolina's 92-53 win over Virginia Tech in the Dean Smith Center made the Tar Heels feel good about themselves while the healthier Hokies left Chapel Hill wondering what 40-minute virus they were hit with.
