Athlete-agent issue holds center stage in ACC

Tar Heels defensive lineman Robert Quinn said he already feels like he and his teammates are under a microscope. But maybe, he said, that's not such a bad thing. His theory: the NCAA only bothers investigating top-notch programs. Which, according to that logic, means UNC is on the rise. "I was like, 'Man, we're in the category with Southern Cal and Florida,' " Quinn said.
