UNC waiting on NCAA results

There were 300 credentialed reporters at ACC media days Monday, and it seemed the entire group encircled North Carolina coach Butch Davis. The subject? Agent-gate. UNC defensive tackle Marvin Austin is the focus of an NCAA probe investigating possible improper dealings with a sports agent. Some reports have Austin being ruled ineligible for the season.
