Which hoops power will bounce back best?

I think North Carolina has the best chance, followed by Arizona, UConn and finally UCLA. I can't imagine the Heels -- with all their talent -- missing the NCAA field for the second season in a row. True freshman should provide a huge impact, and I think sophomore will be much more ready for the rigors of college basketball. And there's no way UNC's guard play can be that mediocre again.
