UNC opens practice for Davis’ 4th year

UNC players are back at practice, including a pair in the middle of an NCAA investigation into the football program. The Tar Heels held their first practice Friday afternoon to open Butch Davis’ fourth season in Chapel Hill. Defensive tackle Marvin Austin and receiver Greg Little both participated in drills even as the NCAA looks into whether they received improper benefits from agents.
