Roy Williams more concerned about health than fatigue

If Marcus Ginyard can't play, UNC will have its No. 1 (Lawson), No. 2 (Bobby Frasor, who's out for the season with a torn ACL) and No. 4 (Ginyard) point guard in street clothes. (Lawson might still wear warmups -- he's been in uniform for all three games he's missed this season.) Who does that leave as capable of running the point if Thomas needs a breather or gets in foul trouble? Good question.
