Sean Singletary to test Heels' backcourt

Marcus Ginyard did not participate in UNC's limited practice Monday, and his status for tonight remains a game-time decision. With junior ballhandler Bobby Frasor sidelined for the season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, that could leave UNC extremely thin while facing speedy Cavaliers senior Sean Singletary, one of the top point guards in the league.
