Superlatives from the Boost Mobile Elite all-star game


Last weekend, on the famed outdoor courts at Venice Beach, Calif., two dozen of the nation's best high school basketball players convened for the Boost Mobile Elite 24 all-star game. The game, broadcast live on ESPNU, featured a horde of recruits with Tobacco Road ties, including 2011 North Carolina commitment and Duke pledge Michael Gbinije, plus a pack of other players - guys like Austin Rivers, Quinn Cook, and Alex Murphy - who are being courted by one or both schools.
