UNC regroups for showdown with LSU
Posted Sep 4, 2010
Facing LSU tonight in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff in Atlanta never was going to be an easy task for the Tar Heels. Their job got even more difficult Friday when the school announced that six players are ineligible for the opener and six more will be withheld. Three more players did not travel with the team, but linebackers Quan Sturdivant and Bruce Carter have received clearance from the NCAA to play and were expected to arrive in Atlanta on Friday night.
