Romar Morris may reconsider UNC commitment
Posted Sep 7, 2010
Don’t be surprised to see running back Romar Morris reconsider his recent commitment to North Carolina. Morris committed to the Tar Heels over Georgia Tech last month. But that was before the NCAA’s investigation of UNC reached a boiling point. Since then, more than a dozen players were suspended for the Tar Heels’ opener against LSU last weekend. Then John Blake, their recruiting coordinator and defensive line coach, resigned on Sunday. The 5-10, 175-pound Morris is one of the top senior running backs in North Carolina and a two-time state champion sprinter.
