Making the Grade: ACC Report Card
Posted Sep 7, 2010
UNC showed that its young players also have talent and that the team didn’t let the distractions of the NCAA investigations disrupt their focus before and during a 30-24 loss to LSU in Atlanta. T.J. Yates had one of the best games in UNC history, and WR Jheranie Boyd had 6 catches for 221 yards, including a 97-yard TD reception – the longest play in school history. Inexperienced special teams were the killer. Grade: B.
