Al Groh has bedeviled UNC.

T.J. Yates would prefer to forget the last time he faced a defense coached by Al Groh, but UNC's quarterback can't. UNC's 16-3 loss to Groh and Virginia on Oct. 3 last season was an "all-around nightmare," according to Yates, who has lived through a few in his college career. "We couldn't pass the ball, we couldn't run the ball, we couldn't protect," Yates said. "It was bad all over." (Raleigh News & Observer)
