Draft Dish: UNC linebacker Bruce Carter has it all

There’s no debate about North Carolina LB . He is very muscular and well-built -- especially his legs -- and has excellent athleticism. Carter (6-3, 230) does not always jump off film because he does not make a lot of game-changing plays behind the line. But he has impressed scouts with his consistent production, position versatility and combination of size, strength, speed and intelligence. (Sporting News)
