North Carolina's 0-2 start isn't what many were anticipating and it still is not at full strength due to the ongoing school and NCAA investigations. But despite those issues, North Carolina still has a decent football team. Give coach Butch Davis some credit. Whether you think he's responsible or not for the off-the-field problems, the guy can coach. (Fayetteville Observer)
