Tar Heels finally get some 'relief'

After losing their first two games while dealing with two ongoing investigations into agents and academics that has six defensive starters sitting out, the Tar Heels rallied to beat Rutgers 17-13 on Saturday at Rutgers Stadium for their first win of a once-promising season.
