Matt Harvey Projected One Of Nation's Top Freshmen

North Carolina right-hander Matt Harvey was recently projected as one of the nation's top freshmen by both CSTV.com and Rivals.com. The Mystic, Conn., native was a prep All-America and was drafted in the third round of the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft but elected to join the Tar Heel program. (Tar Heel Blue)
