Heels run past Pirates

UNC used another strong second-half defensive performance and the hard running of tailbacks and to defeat ECU 42-17 yesterday at Kenan Stadium. The Pirates led 17-14 early in the third quarter, but the Tar Heels scored the last 28 points.
