John Blake's lawyer: No quid pro quo


California-based sports agent Gary Wichard did transfer money to former North Carolina assistant coach on six occasions after December of 2006, but three of those transfers were for private-school tuition payments for Blake's son, who is also Wichard's godson, according to an attorney for Blake, William Beaver of GrayRobinson in Orlando.
