N.C. State edges UNC in recruiting war

North Carolina made up a lot of ground to almost catch the Wolfpack on signing day. The Tar Heels reeled in four major catches in California cornerback , South Carolina defensive end , Pennsylvania H-Back and Kinston defensive end in the 11th hour to finish with a 17-player class rated 30th by Scout.com and 34th by Rivals.
