C.J. Feagles becomes Tar Heels' top punter

North Carolina's C.J. Feagles always had a feeling he would end up a punter. When your dad is Jeff Feagles, a 22-year NFL punter who was All-Pro and later a Super Bowl champion with the 2008 New York Giants, it's kind of hard not to drift toward that position.
