Baru names top-four

Steward basketball superstar Adjehi Baru has cut his mammoth list of college offers down to the final four: UNC, Maryland, Virginia Tech and the College of Charleston, his guardian, Tim Branin, said. Branin said Baru is more likely to wait until January to ensure the right decision is made. Baru, a native of the Ivory Coast, is regarded as the top recruit in the state of Virginia for the Class of 2011.Baru stands 6-9, weighs 224 pounds, has a 35-inch vertical leap and a 7-5 wing span.
