UNC leaders apologize, defend investigation

In an update Thursday to the UNC Board of Governors, Chancellor Holden Thorp of UNC apologized repeatedly for the dual investigations casting a cloud over the football team. "I'm sorry for the fact we are all going through this,” he said. He defended head football coach and Athletic Director Dick Baddour, saying both have done everything they can to cooperate with and advance the investigation. (WRAL Sports Fan)
