NFL's eyes on ACC

At North Carolina, where defensive end Robert Quinn still hasn't played a down this season, at least seven pro scouts are scheduled to watch the Tar Heels against Clemson. Quinn, still projected as a top-five pick in the April draft, and fellow UNC defensive lineman Marvin Austin, now predicted to go in the second or third round, have been sidelined by NCAA and school investigations.
