3. North Carolina: This ranking is contingent on Harrison Barnes living up to the hype and Tyler Zeller staying healthy for an entire season. Barnes, the No. 2 prospect in the 2010 recruiting class, has the potential to emerge as one of the nation's top players as soon as he begins his college career.
